We were trying to make the water go near a comb. We tried a comb,
didn't work. Then we tried a brush, didn't work. Then we tried a
balloon. That did work. The water, it just wiggled, and it was pulled
towards the balloon. We had to rub it over our hair fast to get it all
full of 'lectricity.
